Pathway Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a client for an exciting Early Years Manager position in a brand-new early years service due to open soon in Tallaght Dublin 24.

This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in establishing a high-quality, child-centred setting from day one. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, building the team, and setting the standards for excellence.

🔹 About the Role:

You will:

• Oversee all aspects of the new service's daily operations
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Ensure full compliance with Tusla regulations and best practices
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Work closely with families, staff, and the wider community

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 7 or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and Tusla regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for early years development and quality care
