Pathway Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a client for a dynamic and passionate Early Years Manager to head up a brand-new early years service opening soon in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.

🔹 About the Role:

As Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the new service
• Build and lead a team of early years educators
• Ensure full compliance with Tusla regulations and national frameworks (Aistear & Síolta)
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality learning space
• Work closely with families and the local community

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in an early years setting
• Deep understanding of Aistear, Síolta, and Tusla requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A commitment to quality, inclusion, and child-centred care
