Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre
• Lead, support, and inspire a team of early years educators
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in line with Aistear & Síolta

Requirements:

• A minimum Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Education (Level 8 preferred)
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role in an Early Years setting
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for high-quality early years education
